Point CodeShelf at the folders your code lives in and it builds a library of project cards showing language, branch, last-touched time and keyword tags. Projects are discovered by git repository boundary, so monorepos and nested groups need no configuration, and worktrees stack onto their parent project.
Tags come from TF-IDF across the whole library, search covers README and source vocabulary, and the library can be browsed as shelves, as a workbench of recent work, or as a timeline by age. All scanning stays on your machine.
